The rig that ran it all.
~$50k from Nextdoor.All by hand.
LKN Pressure Pros. Lake Norman, North Carolina. For years that was my whole day, and Nextdoor was a big piece of how it stayed booked.
Every morning before the first house, I was scrolling the feed. Neighbors asking about driveways, gutters, soft washing. I typed every reply from the truck, from the job site, from whatever gap I could find in the day.
It worked. About $50k in work came off that platform, one post, one reply, one booking at a time. But the moment my phone went down, the leads stopped. The whole thing only ran when I was running it.
Spent on paid marketing by the time I sold the trailers. Nextdoor did the work.
It compounds.Month after month.
Every reply I sent on Nextdoor was public. The neighbor who asked saw it, and so did every neighbor who opened that thread after them. So one good reply kept working long after I typed it. Favorites stacked. Reviews stacked. My name started showing up in threads I never touched.
That's how LKN Pressure Pros grew past most competitors in our area. And once a page gets that big, the math changes. A neighbor scrolling at 9pm saw that hundreds of their own neighbors already trusted us. The job was half won before I said a word. No ads. No door knocking. The page did the selling.

Neighborhood Fave, two years straight.
Why we builtNextJet.
Because staying booked shouldn't mean living on your phone. I lived that problem first-hand for years. This fixes it.
For the record: NextJet is lead-generation software built here by The New World Agency in North Carolina. We're not the old Swedish regional airline of the same name, and we're not affiliated with Nextdoor.
The scroll never ended
Staying booked off Nextdoor meant checking it before the first job, between jobs, and after dark. The moment the phone went down, the leads stopped.
Speed gets you in the running
On Nextdoor it's often not the best company in town the neighbor reaches out to, it's one of the first to reply. That race punishes the crews who are busiest doing great work.
Owners deserve evenings
The goal was never replacing the owner, people hire people they recognize. It's handing the scrolling to a machine so the owner just shows up, reads, and taps send.
My Story.
I quit my full-time job as a CNC machinist in the dead of winter to go all in on my pressure washing company, fresh out of high school, knowing nothing about business or sales. That winter was hard, to say the least. My first automation — a scrappy little e-commerce thing — kept the lights on that winter, and I've been hooked on automations ever since.
After that, I spent every free night programming. Video games, web scrapers, AI automations, anything I could get my hands on.
The pressure washing side grew too, but the goal for that company was to teach me how to do good business. I focused on doing right by people, neighbors talked, and the Nextdoor page grew bigger than most pressure-washing pages in our area. When the sun went down, I went back to coding.
Two years in, with two trailers running, I built marketing automations that worked so well for one client that I sold the trailers and went all in on tech.
That became The New World Agency, which I still run today. We build AI systems for companies around the country: automating the daily grind, helping them grow without hiring, and making the teams they already trust faster.
Then I partnered with Conner at Bub's Pressure Washing and automated his whole operation. I told him what Nextdoor had done for me. He was skeptical, he'd never used it. Three days after we switched it on, he closed a $750 job. Then two more people in my network asked for the same automation.
That's when I realized the gap.
Service owners want time to be human too.
So I spent countless hours making this affordable at scale, even for a business that hasn't made its first dollar yet.
For as long as I'm involved in this company, I'll be hands-on with every part of it, making sure the quality is up to my standards at all times. It's my face on the company, and I plan to keep this at the edge of what's possible.
